Tower Rush – Responsible Gambling

Our Commitment to Safe Play

Tower Rush operates under UK regulations and is committed to preventing gambling-related harm. We train our team to identify signs of problem gambling and act responsibly. We do not target individuals who have self-excluded or those showing signs of distress. Responsible gambling is not an afterthought — it is a core part of how we run our platform.

Age Restriction – 18 and Over Only

Tower Rush is strictly for players aged 18 and over. We use age verification processes at registration and may conduct further checks at any time. We support initiatives to prevent underage gambling and cooperate fully with any investigation related to a minor accessing our platform. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use parental control software to restrict access to gambling sites.

Player Self-Control Tools

We offer a range of tools designed to help you manage your gambling activity:

• Deposit limits – set daily, weekly, or monthly maximums on how much you can deposit
• Loss limits – cap the amount you can lose within a chosen time period
• Session time limits – control how long you spend on the platform per session
• Reality checks – receive timed reminders of how long you have been playing
• Cooling-off periods – take a short break from gambling without permanently closing your account

All limits take effect immediately when reduced. Increases to limits require a cooling-off period before they come into force.

Self-Exclusion

If you feel you need a longer break, you can request self-exclusion directly through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Self-exclusion options include periods of 6 months, 1 year, 2 years, 5 years, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, you will not receive any marketing communications from Tower Rush. We also participate in the national self-exclusion scheme, allowing you to block yourself from multiple gambling operators at once.

Recognising Warning Signs

Gambling becomes a problem when it stops being a choice. Some warning signs to watch for:

• Spending more than you can afford to lose
• Chasing losses or borrowing money to gamble
• Neglecting work, relationships, or responsibilities
• Feeling anxious, irritable, or secretive about your gambling
• Gambling to escape stress or emotional difficulties

If any of these apply to you or someone you know, please seek support without delay.

Support Organisations in the UK

Several independent organisations offer free, confidential support:

• GamCare – national helpline and counselling for anyone affected by gambling harm
• BeGambleAware – advice, support, and treatment referral service
• Gamblers Anonymous UK – peer support groups across the United Kingdom
• GamStop – the national online self-exclusion scheme for UK-licensed gambling sites

Tower Rush does not receive any benefit from referring players to these services. We include them because we genuinely care about your wellbeing.

Privacy in Responsible Gambling

Any information you provide when using responsible gambling tools is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection law. Your use of self-exclusion or limit-setting tools is confidential and will not affect your general account standing beyond the restrictions you choose to apply.
